For some reason I was really focused on training arms tonight. I got into one of those moods of thinking about how I used to look and how I look now. Even though I'm still not satisfied, I can't discredit how far I've come. Maybe that's why I enjoy the efforts of bodybuilder's so much. It's hard to explain except to say that sometimes some people just embody certain things you wish you were. That's why Lee inspires me so much, I think.
